Miscellaneous
Princess Mee and Princess Shee
This picture was made in lots of separate pieces. The princess was drawn with pencil and then traced onto another paper using only colored pencil (to get rid of the outlines). The backdrop was painted with the set of Gauche that I got for Christmas that year. The orange lines were originally done with the same Gauche, but they got so tweaked once they entered the computer that there is little resemblance to the original!
At this point I took pictures of all these pieces, as we didn't have a working scanner at the time, and sent into the computer. I was using Microsoft Image Composer at the time, it's not exactly a photoshop clone, but serves a similar purpose. I flipped the pictures to make them mirror images, and made the center ice area out of pieces of the original to cover the seam.
I added styles to the different pieces, glow and so forth. I messed with the borders, and added the silhouettes. (I'll admit to tracing photos instead of starting from scratch *blush* ) After that it was a matter of adding the words and experimenting with different coloring for everything.
This is really one of the only pictures I have compiled like this - the other two are older, done in MS-Paint and too embarrassing to put up here!
I seem to have lost the actual file for this image, so someday I will have to do it over - better!
Note: I just finished the new version, it doesn't seem quite as 'sparkly' as the old one. I used Photoshop7 and the original images to make this version.
Weird Vision
I placed Jeff's ROCK on my forehead after resting for a few minutes. The rock started pulsing, and pain shot into my skull. I shut my eyes as hard as I could, and this is what I saw. This whole vision felt evil or apprehensive.
